Whether you are a consultant working on your own or part of a large planning team, we can provide a licensing method for Asta Powerproject to suit your needs and budget.

Licencing with Asta Powerproject

Standalone Licence

A standalone or 'named' user licence can be used on a single computer. This is the lowest cost type of licence in terms of outright purchase cost.

Network Licence

A network licence can be placed on a Local Area Network and accessed by more than one person, but only one at a time. Whilst the outright cost of a network licence is more than a standalone licence, it is often the most cost-effective type of licence to purchase if you have 2 or more users. This is because different users can access the same licence across the network at different times. For example, a 10 user network licence could be used by up to 30 people, so you only need to buy 10 licences not 30.

To manage your network licences, we can also provide you with Asta Licence Manager. Asta Licence Manager allows you to loan out licences to where they are needed. For example you may want to loan out a licence to a laptop that will be used away from the office for a fixed period of time.

Asta Powerproject Enterprise

The enterprise version of Asta Powerproject allows several people to work on the same project at the same time. The system 'locks' data at task level which means that no-one else can edit the task you are working on.
